The CHEM-TRAN® 5-1 Liter Glass Bottle Shipping System delivers a secure, compliant solution for transporting up to five 1-liter glass bottles containing hazardous liquids. Designed for laboratories, chemical manufacturers, and research facilities, this system ensures safe, efficient transport while meeting or exceeding all applicable DOT and IATA regulations for hazardous materials packaging.
Each CHEM-TRAN® system includes a rugged outer fiberboard box, high-density foam inserts, and individual bottle compartments that prevent movement and minimize the risk of breakage. The design cushions each bottle, absorbs shock, and contains leaks, providing critical protection during transit. Whether you’re shipping corrosives, flammables, or other regulated substances, this system keeps your contents safe and your shipment in compliance.
Shipping system is certified FOR ALL MODES OF TRANSPORTATION* FOR HAZARDOUS MATERIALS IN GROUPS I, II OR III.
Each packaging unit includes:
- 4G box
- Special scored bottom tray with 5 holes, folded to form air cell at bottom
- Top tray with 5-holes
- 5-1 liter poly coated amber glass bottles
- Tape to secure bottle closures
- Fiber tube to protect bottle closures
