CHEM-TRAN® Quart Plastic Bottle Shipping Systems
The CHEM-TRAN® Quart Plastic Bottle Shipping System provides a safe and compliant solution for shipping hazardous liquids in quart-sized plastic bottles. Engineered to meet DOT and IATA regulations, this system includes durable outer packaging, impact-resistant inserts, and absorbent materials that protect against leaks and spills during transit. Its compact design securely holds each bottle in place, preventing damage and ensuring product integrity. Ideal for chemicals, solvents, and other regulated liquids, the CHEM-TRAN® Quart system simplifies packing while maintaining full regulatory compliance.
Designed to offer the same protection as other single 4G systems – at a much lower cost.
Each packaging unit includes:
- 4G box (assembly creates divider cells
- Partition
- Top pad
- 32 oz. plastic bottles with 28mm closures
- Tape to secure bottle closure
- Polyethylene bag and bag tie
- Box closure tape
