The CHEM-TRAN® Gallon Plastic Jug Shipping System offers a secure and compliant packaging solution for shipping hazardous liquids in 1-gallon plastic jugs. Designed to meet strict DOT and IATA regulations, this system includes a sturdy outer box, cushioning inserts, and absorbent materials to prevent leaks and protect contents during transit. Its durable construction keeps jugs stable and minimizes damage risks, ensuring safe handling and transport. Ideal for chemicals, solvents, and other regulated liquids, the CHEM-TRAN® Gallon system simplifies packing while maintaining full compliance.

Each packaging unit includes:
- 4G box (assembly creates divider cells
- 130 Gram weight gallon natural square plastic jugs with Polyseal closure (38 mm)
- Fibre tubes to protect jug closures
- Tape to secure bottle closure
- Polyethylene bag and bag tie
- Box closure tape
