The CHEM-TRAN® “F” Style Plastic Barrier Jug Shipping System offers a secure, compliant solution for shipping hazardous liquids in 1-gallon plastic barrier jugs. Designed to meet strict DOT and IATA regulations, this system protects contents during transport with durable outer packaging, cushioning inserts, and leak-absorbing materials. Its “F” style jug features a rectangular shape and integrated handle for easy handling and efficient storage. Ideal for chemicals, solvents, and flammable liquids, the CHEM-TRAN® system ensures safe, reliable shipping while simplifying packing and compliance.
Designed to safely transport Group II or III medium danger hazardous materials, ground only.
Each packaging unit includes:
- 4G box (assembly creates divider cells
- Gallon “F” style plastic barrier jugs with poly closures
- Tape to secure jug closure
- Polyethylene bag and bag tie
- Box closure tape
- Fibre tube to protect jug closure (1-FPB-1280 only)
